3.1 B2B Platform Processing

Where you are a business customer accessing the Quant Fusion Platform under a Subscription Agreement, Quant Fusion processes your Customer Data as a data processor on your behalf. The terms governing that processing are set out in the Quant Fusion Terms of Service, including Section 8 (Data Processing). This Privacy Policy governs Quant Fusion's processing of personal data in its capacity as a data controller, including data collected through our website and in connection with our business operations.

4. What Personal Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of personal information depending on how you interact with us:

1. Account and Contact Information

   • Name, email address, phone number, company name, job title, and similar information you provide when you create an account or contact us.

2. Billing and Payment Information

   • If you purchase a subscription or other services, we may collect billing details, payment method, and associated data to process transactions. Payment information may be handled by a third-party payment processor.

3. Technical Information

   • IP address, device and browser type, operating system, unique device identifiers, and usage data (e.g., pages visited, features used, time spent on site). This data is generally collected via cookies and similar technologies.

   • Records of your correspondence with us (emails, chat logs, support requests).

5. Job Application Data (if applicable)

• Business Transfers.  If we undergo a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of some or all of our assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will require the recipient to honor this Privacy Policy or provide notice of any changes.

• Legal Obligations and Safety.  We may disclose personal information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., law enforcement). We may also disclose information to protect our rights, user safety, or property.

8. International Data Transfers

Where personal data is transferred from the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland to Quant Fusion in the United States, the transfer is governed by the Standard Contractual Clauses for the transfer of personal data to third countries ("SCCs") adopted by the European Commission on June 4, 2021 (Module Two, controller to processor), supplemented by the UK ICO International Data Transfer Addendum where applicable. In the event of conflict, the SCCs prevail.

9. Data Retention

We retain personal data for the following periods unless a longer period is required by law:

• Customer Account Data (account credentials, billing contacts, company information): For the duration of the relationship plus three (3) years following termination, or as required to resolve disputes or comply with legal obligations.

• Customer Data (operational data uploaded to the Platform): Deleted within sixty (60) days of termination per our Terms of Service.

• Marketing Data: Until you unsubscribe or opt out, plus ninety (90) days to process the request.

10. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access your personal data;

• Rectify inaccurate or incomplete personal data;

• Delete your personal data under certain circumstances;

• Object to or restrict processing in certain cases;

• Withdraw consent where we rely on consent to process your data;

• Port your data to a third party (data portability);

• Opt-out of marketing communications at any time by clicking “unsubscribe” in an email or contacting us directly.
